We were contacted one afternoon to attend a downtown movie theatre in Rookwood. The client was rather delighted he came across us as we turned out to be the 3rd emergency locksmith firm he had contacted, the others weren't able to provide help. Our client went out for a film and dinner with his better half because it was their 10th anniversary. However it was only when they left the movie theatre that he noticed that he had suddenly lost the keys. He told us, "We hurried back into the building and searched where we were; yet there were no car keys. I consequently got the idea to search in the automobile and what do you know, I found them, in the ignition, yet unfortunately the door had self-locked." Our man arrived quickly and after a few minutes had the task completed and the vehicle opened. The now happy husband and wife were soon enough on the road again.

A client in Rookwood called us with a chilling story - she had only just popped outside the house to retrieve the mail and the door shut after her. But, what makes this much worse was that she said "Please help me! I have left my key in the house and my baby is in the house." Obviously we sped over there and happily the traffic wasn't too bad. We managed to arrive within 15 minutes and had the house opened rather quickly. What we did learn soon after is that she designated her little kitten "my baby".
